Orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia. Your tracking number and tracking link are emailed when your order is dispatched. Please note: Majority of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 7-10 Days for production.

Open your shipping confirmation email and follow the tracking link for delivery updates. You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder. If you can’t find your order, your tracking link isn’t working, or you need help with a delivery, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
